Find Your Space to Become |

Life is busy, the mind is scattered. We're constantly pushed forward by demands and expectations, yet we rarely pause to ask ourselves: What do I truly need?

This workshop isn't about giving you more information—it's about walking with you to rediscover your inner anchor. Through the guidance of Steiner'sHow to Know Higher Worlds》, along with practical exercises and dialogue, you'll reconnect with the quiet, clear, and powerful self within.

Give yourself a chance to step into the vast world within.

Core Inspiration |

Inspired by two classics—Rudolf Steiner's《How to Know Higher Worlds》and Goethe's 《Faust》. Drawn from these two works, we'll embark on an inward journey, through a series of guided awareness exercises, quieting the mind to feel the vastness and depth within. Life's richness and inner peace interweave, like day and night in turn, mirroring and completing each other.

Together we'll step into the perspective of anthroposophy, learning a way of living that is both rooted in the everyday and open to the spiritual—quietly cultivating the fertile ground within, amid the warp and weft of daily life, so that growth need not stray from the noise, and transformation need not depart from life. This is a path of turning inward within action, of quietly blooming within stillness—gentle yet steadfast, suited to anyone who longs to find balance and strength in a restless world.

Course Format |

In-person sessions × 7 (9am – 4pm) | Conducted in English

Teacher Martin will weave together theoretical instruction and experiential exercises, covering the core practices from Steiner's book. Each session will flexibly adapt its depth and direction to participants' states and rhythms, so that learning truly meets each person's inner needs.

Online group reflections and discussions × 7 (approx. 1 hour each) | Conducted in English / Cantonese

Facilitated by Jane, these small groups are designed to deepen the learning experience of the in-person sessions. Through guided questions and open dialogue, participants can share their own insights and listen to others' perspectives in a safe atmosphere, finding their own spiritual pace in one another's company.

Theory and experience in equal measure

This workshop does not pursue the rapid accumulation of knowledge, but rather emphasizes "personal practice" and "inner transformation." Each exercise invites participants to return to themselves—observing in action, feeling in stillness—so that spiritual cultivation is no longer merely a concept, but something truly lived every day.
