Payment methods
We accept payment via PayPal, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), FPS, bank transfer, and Alipay (limited).
We will ship the order out within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment.
- Click "Check out with Paypal" at the 1st page of check out ("Customer Information").
- Alternatively, send us payment at http://paypal.me/treechildren
- Our credit card payments are processed by Paypal.
- On the 3rd page check out ("Payment method") > select "Paypal" > click "Complete order" > select "Check out as a guest"
- We will not charge your account until we have shipped your order.
- For Macau customers: Please note that, unfortunately, PayPal cannot process MOP-denominated cards issued by Macanese banks. We hope you could consider paying via a friend in Hong Kong or via bank transfer.

- Within 1 business days after placing order, we will contact you via WhatsApp or email to confirm your order.
